What ages are allowed inside the playground?
Ages 1-12 are allowed inside the playground with a paying ticket.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Mon-Sat from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Tickets stop being sold 45 minutes prior to closing.

Special Events (Jumpify's Operational Hours Will Change On These Dates):
Saturday, January 27th - Will Close From 12:30 to 3:00 PM
Saturday, February 3rd - Will Close From 2:00 to 5:00 PM
Saturday, February 10th - Will Close From 5:30 to 8:00 PM
Can we host a birthday party at Jumpify?

Do you sell food/drinks inside Jumpify?
Unfortunately, no. However, you are welcome to bring your outside food/drinks as long as they are consumed in the designated eating areas and not inside any of the attractions.
Are socks required?
Socks are required.
Where is Jumpify located?
Jumpify is located inside the Oaks mall in Thousand Oaks. We are located next
to Lush across Anthropologie near
the Open Air Shops and the AMC.
Are parents allowed inside the attractions with their children?
Of course! That makes the experience a more enjoyable one for everyone! (:
