Service Description
The VIP Standard package includes: - Admission for up to 60 guests (Maximum 30 Children). - Private Party Room (The Observatory) & Private Playground. - Tables & Chairs. - Refrigerator & Microwave. Important Info: - The VIP Standard is a budget friendly private party option. For that reason, itdoes NOT have customizable time slots. The only available options are from 9:00 to 11:30 AM and 6:00 to 8:30 PM. If you would like a different time slot than the ones mentioned, you may opt for the VIP exclusive package. - You get 1 hour prior to the start of your event to set up. Length of event - 2 Hours and 30 Minutes. Adding additional people to your event? - Additional Guests Are $30.
Cancellation Policy
In order for a full refund, events MUST be cancelled at least 10 days in advance. If events are cancelled after the deadline, they are subject to a partial refund and/or a rescheduling option only. Events that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be refunded or rescheduled.
